The end-user tells the AI assistant that it is misunderstanding them, has provided wrong information, or is confused about their query. The AI assistant apologizes and escalates the interaction to the HAIA assistant.
The HAIA assistant notices a problem through a visual/audio feed, or through interaction notifications, and responds through a 2-way audio system and/or physically.

Our client’s data security is HAIA’s top priority. We keep all data in a closed loop system, and severely limit the number of tools our software relies on for our functionality. All communications and interactions are encrypted, and access logs are kept for transparency. Our AI agents are built to follow strict data-handling guidelines, and our human assistants sign confidentiality agreements to protect tenant and building information. Yes, and no. Being such a small and new operation, we currently do not have the capital or industry recognition to apply for the hefty priced API licensing agreements from today’s leading CRM software companies (like YARDI, for example). HAIA systems instead have our own self-contained CRM software that can host a database of tenant/customer information in a secure, easy-to-use system that doesn’t require any extra download or maintenance cost. Information can be easily transferred from our system to leading CRM software systems and vice versa!

While HAIA systems can help facilitate immediate alerts for reported security concerns, life-threatening emergencies always require dialing local authorities (911 in the US). HAIA systems are designed to handle property and tenant related issues; in a ture emergency, our system will still notify you and prompt your staff and management team to contact emergency services, if needed.
